Welcoming the 2026/27 Build The Way cohort

This week we were delighted to welcome our newest cohort of architectural trainees to Build The Way.

Over the next nine months, our trainees will be working in paid placements at leading London practices, gaining hands-on experience on live projects and building the skills, confidence and connections to forge their own path into architecture. Alongside their time in practice, they'll take part in a programme of training, workshops and development sessions designed to support them throughout the traineeship and beyond.

Our host practices

The traineeship is only possible thanks to the practices who open their doors to our trainees. This year, we're proud to be working with GPAD, CGL, Hawkins\Brown, DSDHA and Fatkin. Each brings a different perspective on what architectural practice looks like, and we're grateful for their commitment to making the profession more accessible.

A great start at Solus

We marked the start of the programme at Solus in Clerkenwell, who kindly hosted us for the day and put on a brilliant lunch. Our thanks to the Solus team for their generosity and for giving the cohort such a warm welcome.
