Build The Way is a nine month entry-level architecture traineeship providing an alternative and accessible route into a career designing and making buildings, spaces, cities, and communities.

We offer traineeship placements for young Londoners at a range of architecture practices across London.
Trainees are paid the London Living Wage for a 32-hour week and spend an additional day each week developing professional practice skills while completing an EPQ at the London School of Architecture.
No prior experience is required. We look for applicants with a genuine passion for design and cities.
